Everyday Life
1. Morning routine
- Wake up – usually around 6:30 / 7:00 on school days.
- Get out of bed, brush teeth, wash face, take a shower, get dressed.
- Breakfast – tea / coffee, bread, cereals, yogurt.
- Check phone (messages, news, weather).
- Leave for school / work by bus / on foot / by bike.
2. At school / work
- Lessons from 8:00 to ~14:00, with short breaks.
- Lunch in the canteen / restaurant.
- Focus on tasks, projects, presentations.
- Talk with classmates / colleagues during breaks.
3. Afternoon
- Return home, change clothes, have a snack.
